Everything starts with the prototype. After development, we always produce several prototypes to thoroughly test all principles and strengths. This includes testing adjustments, verifying force calculations, and executing specific work processes. The advantage of developing our own prototypes is that we can act quickly. If necessary, we can test principles on the same day, significantly accelerating the development process.

Machining, along with welding, is at the core of TechniCare. By having our own turning and milling machines in-house, we ensure consistent quality that meets predefined specifications and parameters. TechniCare operates high-end MAZAK machines, enabling us to produce large series while maintaining exceptional quality.
Welding takes place within our own production facilities. The welders at TechniCare each have decades of experience in various welding techniques. TechniCare has the capacity for MIG, TIG, and aluminum welding. This allows us to weld our own delivery beds (MIG), toilet chairs (TIG), and stand-assist aids (aluminum). With extensive knowledge and experience in welding, we ensure solid and sturdy frame components. We guarantee welding quality by working with predefined parameters and using high-quality equipment. TechniCare exclusively works with its own trusted welders, ensuring clear and consistent welding instructions.
Medical products must be resistant to aggressive cleaning agents. For this reason, almost all TechniCare products undergo post-processing. This includes techniques such as powder coating, glass bead blasting, and anodizing. TechniCare collaborates closely with various local companies to ensure that post-processing is carried out in accordance with healthcare facility requirements. This guarantees long-term durability and ensures that our products remain in excellent condition for an extended period.
Once all the machined parts have been milled, the welding is completed, and the components have returned from post-processing, it's time for assembly. The assembly work takes place in a specially equipped production hall to keep all parts organized and precise. All employees have their own high-quality assembly tools, ensuring that the assembly process is carried out with the utmost precision. The assembly staff works in accordance with ISO 13485 principles and follows detailed assembly manuals to ensure that every step is properly documented and executed.
