Prototyping

The Start of Production at TechniCare Everything starts with a prototype. After the design phase, we produce several prototypes to extensively test functionality, durability and safety. This includes checking adjustments, verifying force calculations and optimizing work processes. Because we develop our prototypes ourselves, we can move quickly. If adjustments are necessary, we test principles on the same day, which speeds up the development process considerably and improves product quality.

Machining

Machining: The Core of Our Production Machining and welding form the basis of production at TechniCare. Thanks to our own turning and milling machines, we guarantee consistent quality that meets all specifications and parameters. We work with high-end MAZAK machines, which allows us to produce large series as well as guarantee the highest precision and quality. This allows us to work more efficiently and deliver medical devices that meet the most stringent requirements.

Welding

At TechniCare, welding takes place entirely in-house. Our experienced welders, with decades of expertise, master various welding techniques such as MIG, TIG and aluminum welding. This allows us to produce sturdy and durable frame parts for medical devices, such as delivery beds (MIG), toilet chairs (TIG) and standing aids (aluminum). Thanks to predetermined parameters and high-quality welding equipment, we guarantee consistent welding quality. Moreover, we work exclusively with our own team of specialized welders, eliminating miscommunication and guaranteeing maximum precision.

Aftertreatment

Medical products must be resistant to aggressive cleaning agents. Therefore, almost all of TechniCare's products undergo a high-quality post-treatment, such as powder coating, glass bead blasting and anodizing. For these processes, we work closely with specialized local companies that meet the strict requirements of healthcare institutions. As a result, we guarantee a long life, optimal protection and lasting quality of our products.

Assembly

After milling, welding and post-processing, it is time for assembly. This process takes place in a specially equipped production hall, where all parts remain clean and undamaged. Our assembly personnel work with high-quality tools and follow strict procedures according to ISO 13485 standards and detailed assembly manuals. This ensures accurate assembly and consistently high quality of our medical products.
